To start the Radahn Festival in Elden Ring, you generally need to complete a few key steps:

1. Progress through the story: You need to activate the <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Altus%20Plateau">Altus Plateau</a> region. This can be done by either collecting both halves of the Dectus Medallion and using the Grand Lift of Dectus, or by traversing the Ruin-Strewn Precipice.

2. Activate the Festival: There are a couple of ways to trigger the festival:

   • Ranni's Questline: Progressing through <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Ranni's%20Questline">Ranni's Questline</a> to a certain point will automatically trigger the Radahn Festival.
   • Speaking to Iji: Reaching the Altus Plateau and speaking to <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/War%20Counselor%20Iji">War Counselor Iji</a> is also rumored to trigger the festival, if Ranni's quest isn't already underway.

3. Head to Redmane Castle: Once the festival is active, the formerly enemy-occupied <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Redmane%20Castle">Redmane Castle</a> in Caelid will be hosting the festival. You can travel there and speak to the announcer to initiate the fight against Starscourge Radahn.
